My husband and I decided to do the Rotorua Canopy Tour because we both wanted to experience zip lining. We were very impressed with the safety and professionalism this company employs. There are 6 zip lines and some tree walks. Only 10 people and 2 guides make up the tour. In addition to the zip lines this company is totally... More

We loved it! Well organised. Safety first in every detail. Incredible staff, warm, friendly, reassuring guides helping out everyone in a great way. An unforgettable zipline tour in the treetops. Awesome and amazing in every way. I want to do it all over again! The company also funds and works with conservation of the forest and wildlife. They do a... More

The zip lines were exciting but the best part of the tour were the friendly guides. They went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Their love of the forest and the creatures that inhabit it was obvious. We quite enjoyed the explanation of their conservation efforts as well. I highly recommend this tour!

Rotorua Canopy Tour offers multiple-length (the longest zip-line was 220 meters long) and multi-height (40-odd meters) zip-lines through a rainforest conservation. Operates rain or shine - our tour was misty, which only added to the charm. Our guides were both professional and fun, and also shared a great deal of knowledge about the rainforest and conservation efforts in which the... More

Ziplining through lush, green forests was fun in itself, but seeing about how passionate the staff are with the extra eco projects they do was truly great to see. I would definitely recommend for people of all ages, as it was one of my North Island highlights.

We nearly did not go due to the rain but decided to suck it up and glad we did. So much fun!! The staff were incredible and assisted anyone that was feeling nervous. The zip line was so much fun but the bit I loved the most was hearing about what rotorua canopy tours is achieving with the money we... More

I absolutely loved the experience and I am not great with heights. It was a real buzz zipping through the tree tops. The guides Jessie and Rebecca were the best, very knowledgeable , super friendly with good senses of humour and very safety conscious at all times. It is not a cheap activity but you are away about 3 hours... More

I was apprehensive at the start as I have never liked heights but Shane and Bayley were so good at making everything seem so simple that I did every wire and every bridge! And kept my eyes open. My confidence in the safety procedures started at the base when we were kitted up and just went from strength to strength.... More

Such a wicked time zip lining through a beautiful forest in which the company and employees themselves work so hard to preserve and keep untouched . The passion they have for their job as well as their conservation efforts (which are very successful) is so nice to see in NZ . We need more people doing great things for our... More
