Awesome mix of holes on a hilly, but comfortably sheltered course. Cool club house with everything you can expect from a semi-rural golf course. Well sheltered even on the blowiest of Wellington days.

I have played this course many times and its a great way to spend the afternoon. Yes - its not the best golf course you will ever find but compared with what you pay I'd say good value for monies. This a hilly course with some challenging holes. However, when I last visited they were growing two kinds of grass on the greens. Each one grew at a different rate and this caused the putting to be inconsistent. Once the transition is complete to one kind of grass, my rating may improve.

If you want to play golf in Wellington and like a rural setting, this is one of the best in the area. It has a very varied and interesting layout, where others in the areas are a little up and down, similar holes. This course is a 20min drive from the CBD, about 15 mins from the Karori Shops.
