My family and I had a great time, learning about our Favourite Chocolate. There is a bit of walking to do but you get samples of chocolate to take away. Also a bonus you get to make your own creations. Our tour guide was great.

This Cadbury tour follows the company formula as per the other factory tours around the world. The displays were informative and the motorised marionettes are from a by-gone era.

Wow!!!! What can I say? Louis, our tour guide was fantastic, the ultimate Umpaa Lumpa, Talk about a sugar rush, the whole tour experience is fantastic, it it a shame that this company is closing down the production in New Zealand, While the Tour attraction is not tagged to close many New Zealanders will see the closure of the production... A fantastic and informative experience, with chocolate thrown in for good taste! Certainly would make an effort to go and experience the tour before it sadly closes its doors.

The tour was great, the commentary informative, and the displays good. Pity not to see inside the factory even if it had to be through a window. We went as a couple, but you could see the families were having an absolutely fantastic time.

This is a great place to visit. Firstly you have to put all your belongings into a locker, even you cameras as they are not allowed. The your guide takes you around and tells you how things work and how different chocolates are made. She takes you into a room where you can help yourself to little pots of white,... More

Being a chocoholic I was disappointed you don't actually see chocolate being made. The tour was informative and of course the tasting great. The time seemed to pass very quickly.

Opted for the $5 self guided tour. Got given a ticket and goodie bag each full of chocolate treats! Plenty of information. Spent about 1 hr here and worth going to the gift shop as they had good deals on the chocolate!! Yum!

We found this tour ok, it's $22 per adult. You don't get to see any production of chocolate, which they they warn you of before hand. I think $22 for what you get is a bit expensive. You do walk away with a couple chocolate bars but don't expect much more.
