Stopped in here to get info and maps on the area, was suppressed this has to be one of the best visitors centre, with loads of information, souvenir shop, cafe, clean toilets and out back you can get to view tuatara's close up- a must

Wonderful service,Maxine booked everything we needed for two days on Stewart Island.We planned on being there on a very busy week for the island so accomodation was proving a challenge but with her perseverance she managed to secure 2 nights for us.Very thankful

Did not get a lot of help. Lady could not speak very good english. Asked about weekend markets and did not seem to know of any. Did eventually find two for sunday but as it turned out only one actually did take place

we used it to book our next stay in Dunedin and also to buy tickets for Stewart Island trip and tour. excellent and helpful women work there.

These folks very efficiently booked a very good hotel at the last minute. They also recommended good restaurants. And their location was right in the museum. Easy parking.

Staying in Invercargill for a few days so visited the information centre on different occasions. Each time staff helpful and obliging. Always managed to answer our queries. Museum and surrounding gardens well worth a visit.
