About
One man’s passion started it all. Experience a family legacy that has become the largest private automotive museum of its type in the world. Stunningly crafted within a world-class facility, Bill Richardson Transport World has something for everyone. Hugely popular, you will find more than 300 vehicles including retro Kombis, Henry Ford Letter Cars, Model Ts, stunning 1930s V8s and over 200 vintage petrol pumps. Outside of our extraordinary vehicle range we house a growing wearable arts collection, movie theatre, children’s play zones and themed bathrooms fast becoming as famous as our vehicles. Allow plenty of time - there is a lot to see.

Huge range of trucks, cars etc. We enjoyed the museum, plenty to see and videos to watch. Well worth a visit. A wee bit pricey and no staff discount for those who work for HWR.

My second time here , it didn’t disappoint. And I definitely noticed things I’d obviously missed the last time.

Highly recommend as this Musuem has a very large variety of items/brands on display.

And the souvenir shop isn’t over priced either and a cold glass of orange juice was reasonably priced in the cafe!

Amazing collection of vehicles (cars, trucks, farm) and other collections (eg MacDonalds happy meal toys, Cadbury). Huge building (a few spaces don't have air conditioning) but the fabulous ticket lady showed you the best route on the map so we didn't miss anything. We only had two hours there, did make it around but was rushed...half a day would be better, more if you are the type to read every placard. Some neat movies of the various people who owned or worked with the vehicles.

If you miss this place you will regret it. Its simply outstanding the effort and skill not to mention CARE thats been put into each display. Check out the shop too as there is no rubbish for sale its all good quality memorabilia at a fair price. Eatery was unfortunately closed. Great customer assistants at the desk.
Fashionista's will love the display of both fashion and tea towels. Its not all wheels and chassis, there really is something for everyone. Classy!!

Well worth a trip. $40 entry fee plus $10 audio. Audio should be included in the price as not much on it for ten bucks…don’t bother with audio. The centre is great for anyone. What a fantastic showcase from a man and his passion. His and his families journey is well worth looking at. I’ve never seen a collection of this size. Then the ladies fashion area and jukeboxes were a delightful bonus

We enjoyed the conference dinner here and got to explore the place before the meal.
Even if you are not a big fan of vintage vehicles it was impressive. The well displayed and impressively restored vehicles wowed me and were a bit of a journey back in time.
