We booked the Real Journey's doubtful sound trip from Queenstown. It was very convenient to be picked up and dropped off next to where we were staying. The scenery was beautiful and we were fortunate enough to have sunshine that day, although that made for small waterfalls. We opted for the delux lunch option and were glad that we did... More

We took a journey on this 104 year old coal burning steamer to the Walters Peak sheep ranch and enjoyed the biggest and best B.B.Q. dinner we ever have had. After dinner we strolled thru the beautiful rose garden and we had a great dockside chat with the sheep ranch manager while waiting for the "Earnslaw". This is another must... More

We did the overnight cruise with Real Journeys on Doubtful Sound and thought it was simply spectacular. We had been out on a Milford Sound Cruise a couple years ago, and as majestic as that was, Doubtful Sound was even more wonderful. Now, I should point out that our experience was no doubt influenced a great deal by our good... More

From the moment we stepped on Cams Coach ( he really takes pride in his vehicle) to the moment we left it we were so well looked after and our every need catered for. Cam is a font of wisdom and as my dear wife says is one of the few men she has met who can multi task 😜... More

Slick no trouble organisation- it's quite a journey by coach leaving at 8.30 and arriving at the boat at 4 but our enthusiastic driver Craig with photo stops and commentary made it seem much less. We stopped at Te Anau for lunch (own cost). The boarding was quick and the ensuite cabin tight but functional. Had tea while touring about... More

We traveled with Real Journeys on a full day tour to the Milford Sound by Coach-Cruise-Fly option. We had booked this through their website and found the entire booking process very easy and convenient. It was very well organised right from the pickup to the actual cruise to the journey back home. The bus was a comfortable glass-roof coach and... More

This would have to be one of the best run tourism company covering several different tours. Easy to deal with and a very relaxing way to see the Queenstown sights.

We took the full-day coach-cruise-coach combo from Queenstown to Milford Sound and back. This ended up being a very long but ultimately rewarding day. Milford Sound is absolutely amazing and strongly recommend the cruise. Real Journeys was quite well organized. The buses were comfortable with large clean windows through which you can take in the scenery. However, the seats were... More

It is a long day, starting from Queenstown at 7:45am and returning at 8pm. The bus driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took us to Lake Manipuri where we boarded a boat to take us to another bus. Once dropped off at the Doubtful Sound, we boarded a beautiful, spacious boat for our cruise. The scenery is spectacular and... More
