Breathtakingly gorgeous

The one day hike and the views and boat ride were jaw-dropping. Don't miss this if you are in NZ. Take the smallest boat - not the big ones.

A day Cruise on Milford sound is an easy, satisfying and scenic option to explore one of NZs jewels. We got very close to waterfalls (like, in them) and get a ton of good photo opportunity. I couldn't compare the different companies, but our (mitre peak) had a pleasant captain, free tea and coffee, and a comfortable boat. I would... More

We went on a boat trip of Milford Sound with Real Journeys. The trip lasted a little over 2 hours. We went on a day that absolutely clear and sunny but I think if you go on a rainy day you see a lot more waterfalls going into the water. Toward the end we say some New Zealand fur seals... More

One of the most stunning places I have ever had the good fortune of visiting. There is something for everyone here, and it is well worth the extra drive.

Booked a full day trip with Fiordland Tour and was guided by "Carlin". It was the best part of the entire 10 day South Island trip! The tour consisted 11 of us and 5 others. We were shown the best part of the Fiordland and totally enjoyed the little walks to the various points. I actually visited the Milford Sound... More

I was really lucky and had a cloudless sky at milford sound. We also were lucky because we saw a big group of dolphins. Our captain was so kind and stopped for us so we could take lots of pictures. Also the whole staff came out to take pictures, because dolphins are rarely seen. Everyone was very friendly and for... More
