Never fails to impress me, although the drive to the top of the hill has changed since I was a little girl. The parade ground and the freshly painted memorial are well cared for. You can see straight down the main street and the panoramic view of the city. The ww1 plaques are very sad but interesting to read. Albury... More

Good view of the city from the top. Not much otherwise. Good uphill walking workout if you park at the base.

Try and jog all the way up and do the Rocky impersonation at the top while you admire the view before descending on Albury for a delicious well deserved breakfast! Oh and of course you must take a minute to remember our fallen war heroes too.

I chose to drive up to the memorial, but I saw other family groups walking up and running down the hill. I like the fact that the memorial is so visible from the city below and there is a lovely view out over the hills from the memorial itself. There are toilets nearby and storyboards around the obelisk giving you... More

We enjoyed having a walk up the hill and showing the kids the war memorial. Amazing views on the nice autumn day. The toilet facilities were clean and tidy when we visited too.

This very visible obelisk is not well signposted, but the wonderful picnic tables and seats are lovely. The memorial is well kept but views of the surrounds are limited.
