The friendly staff at the Broken Hill Visitor Information Centre will handle your bookings for local tours and provide you with all the necessary information for your step into the Great Outback. The centre has a range of facilities, including showers, toilets and disabled access for visitors. Browse through their gift shop and take home a souvenir which includes locally made items. A Gloria Jeans's Coffee can be found in the same building.

Centrally located with a friendly and very helpful staff whose knowledge is only limited by the in-put they receive. They have a wide range of brochures on local and elsewhere attractions, are attached to the local bus terminus and have public toilets on-site.

Located next to the coffee shop and bus terminus the shop is well equipped and lots of information sheets to be had ..... Very helpful and informative staff ..

Very informative and I would like to thank them for their advice to visit Anderson's to see the "Big Picture" which is amazing. Will never forget it. Also all the other interesing things. Thank you

Very pleasant experience with friendly and informative staff. We had lovely lady who as well as imparting information on sights to see and places to visit in area also told us about her early life in Broken Hill and her parents efforts to save water...More

The staff at the info office are helpful, nothing a problem. Our staff member made a few pho ne calls so we could find accommadation.

Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Lots of great places to visit in Broken Hill. Highly recommended for a visit to the town and the Information Centre.

Location of this information centre is great, it is on the main street and has a coffee shop ajoined to it. Staff are very friendly and happy.

So much information ... so little time. I could have spent a day here finding out about the treasures in and around BH ... and planning my itenary. Time was not a luxury I had, so a quick chat with one of the wonderfully helpful...More
