Friendly staff with good knowledge of the area. Wish NSW information centers would be more like WA and offer to book tours for you. A lot of information and must see things to do. The Gloria Jeans on site was also a great place for a coofee and a relax again out of the heat.

good info centre but on this occasion was closed by 3.30pm? I've noticed a lot of people like to finish work around 4pm. It is well air-conditioned and next to it is a café/bakery which is handy for lunch/snacks etc especially on a hot day.

This is a big Tourist Office and the staff member (young female) we spoke with was extremely helpful in providing us with useful tips. I always enjoy visiting Tourist Offices as they provide a wealth of local knowledge. Included in this complex is a very large Gloria Jeans coffee shop with a very large selection of cakes and light meals... More

as a first time visitor to Broken Hill, they were very informative & helpful and spent a lot of time with us, regardless of how many people were waiting. There's an added bonus of Gloria Jean's in the same building.

On the corner was easy to find on all maps and loved the big Centre with all the details and info for our touring and visiting broken hill. Found out how to get to silverton and the desert sculptures easily. Loved how it was located with Gloria Jeans coffee place.
