Not many zoos where you can get up close to lions, crocodiles, wedgetail eagles, cheetahs and wait for it....snow leopards! Plus there's areas to hand feed the kangaroos and wallabies, best family attraction hands down in Port Macquarie

Have been to the zoo a couple of times and on the second visit expected to see the enclosures had been made bigger. Poor animals do not have enough room and some have started pacing. Bored. Disappointing. Came away feeling sad.

Took our friends who were visiting from Toronto, Canada. They enjoyed their time there immensely. They were thrilled getting so close to the koalas, wallabies, dingoes, crocodile etc.
