Great location away from the bustle of Surfers or Broadbeach. Quiet location, but offers nice restaurants, 2 local Surf Clubs, a great beach, Twin Towns for entertainment, and a couple of golf courses.

Keep away from the north glitter areas of the Gold Coast and head to the Kirra Beach precinct. The beach is perfect, great surf and away from the overcrowded northern beaches. Kirra is a must see and explore.

Easy to park, beautiful beach which is protected from the cold southerly wind. There a couple of cafes just over the road.

Kirra Beach is one of the best in the world. It is bnot crowded, very wide beach due to sand reclamation and there is suitable water for all; kids, boogie boarders, sufers or swimmers. It is patrolled.

Magic venue that reminds one of the former glory of the gold coast. Great eating venues with wonderful beach views.

If you are not heading to Kirra anytime soon, try and find the surf cam for the area or google street view on your search engine. This might give you an idea of what's on offer in the area. From memory, the Kirra lookout... More
