There is a lot to see and do shops not far from the water front plenty of restaurants here to a good place to walk along water edge

Any visitor to Geelong Botanical Gardens would agree it is up there with the worlds best. It is wonderfully maintained and although smaller than Butchart Gardens it displays the four seasons beautifully. There is no bad time ti visit.

If you want a lovely walk in serene surroundings do yourself a favour and visit the Geelong Botanical Gardens.

The Geelong Botanical Gardens are simply lovely. Lots of unusual plants, trails to wander, places to sit and enjoy the sights, statuary, and gorgeous trees. Plus birds! A great place to spend a few hours.

Geelong's hidden treasure, beautiful gardens!!! A must see...well equipped cafe. Leisurely stroll on a sunny day, very peaceful.
