There is no general entry fee to the Centre including our wild dolphin interaction zone, Cafe/Restaurant and Souvenir Shop. The Cafe and Restaurant is open from 7:30am - 3pm 7 days a week and offers a great range of food and refreshments. The Interpretive Centre has got an entry fee. It offers a vast exhibition about our dolphins and marine environment with aquariums, 360 degree Digital Dolphinarium, 2D and 3D movie theatre and loads of Interactive activities - we operate under session times. Our Dolphin Eco Cruise (90min) and our Dolphin Swim Tour (3 1/2 hrs) run daily from Nov-April. Our beach interaction zone where the wild dolphins come to visit is on a public beach, the wild dolphins come and go as they please, however we recommend that we see them more in the mornings than the afternoons.

Well the tour promised dolphins and did it deliver. Skipper was a delight and informative and found exactly where the dolphins would be. They came so close it was awesome. Didn't matter where you were sitting on the boat you got a close up view. Highly recommend.

Invited to join our friends for breakfast on 3rd July. Assorted meals and hot drinks ordered. I enjoyed a simple bacon and scrambled eggs, different combinations for two others and my wife selected the granola. Service friendly, meals and drinks served very quickly and thoroughly enjoyed. We pointed out to our waitresses that some greens to garnish are ok, but, just a waste to load the plate with so much that is undoubtedly wasted. A couple more rounds of hot drinks followed while we discussed all that is 'right' with the world. Nice views over the Bay.

One of our must visit places in Bunbury. The venue is a great place to enjoy an excellent coffee and lovely food and cakes. The coffee made by Ebony, the barista there, is excellent - a 10/10. One of the best coffees we’ve had in WA. Ebony is a true coffee aficionado. The pizzas and cakes are also excellent. On top of all that the prices are very reasonable. A lovely spot to sit in the sun and gaze out over the water. Extremely friendly staff also make the visit very memorable. Thank you all!

Many times we have driven past the Discovery Centre on our way to Margaret River & I’ve been desperate to go in the centre. It was such a disappointed. If you were able to do some of the tours I’m sure they would be fantastic, but the interactive centre itself is overpriced. There was many of the interactions that could have been more interesting. They had tried, but not hit the mark. The staff were encouraging, friendly & obviously enjoy their jobs. This made up for the poor quality of the centre. I would not recommend this a visit for a family. It’s too expensive.

Hi Karen, Thank you for taking the time to visit the Dolphin Discovery Centre. We are sorry to hear you found our interpretive centre to be overpriced, we believe our centre is reasonably priced within the market for an immersive educational experience, with 14 live aquaria tanks, feeding sessions, interactive displays, and multiple theatres rooms, however we do appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration. Our Volunteers and staff are truly passionate about the Dolphin Discovery Centre, and our local marine life, so we're glad to see you thought so too!

Thank you for all the information and a wonderful experience out on the boat tour. We had an energetic 2 year old grandchild and all our family on board. The guide was very knowledgeable, humorous and did his utmost to answer all our variety of questions. The centre and boat tour had been recommended to my husband by a work colleague who did them on a corporate conference day. We were not disappointed. The 360 degree film booth is another highlight, watching the dolphin give birth and others protecting her then fighting off the predator shark. What a window to their world! How awesome to see our wild creatures in their undisturbed playgrounds and the 6 week old baby doing a somersault! One of the highlights of life. Regards Catherine & family Perth.
