The fudge is good. Very limited in tasting, there was 4 varieties & recommended that you have 1 minute piece of each. The lady that eventually came to serve us was neither friendly nor helpful. All in all I'd say it's a bit over rated. I was hoping for handmade, homemade style fudge.

Good shop front. Fairly sterile atmosphere, preparation room view, poker face customer service, the fudges are nice, however it seems the culture for selling your wares in this entire region focuses on allowing customers to taste before they buy which this establishment doesn't really do. Maybe they do, just not the day we went in.

Picked up a brochure at Busselton visitor centre expecting to see a demonstration of the fudge being made. Got to our destination and it was just a shop with a window to see something being made but not sure what. Would have been better if they had a tour of how they make the product. Staff member was friendly at... More

This is only a small shop really but there is a viewing window into the production area which the kids enjoyed and of course free tastings which always goes down well! The blocks of fudge at 4 for $20 I didn't find too expensive and the staff member on duty when we visited seemed very friendly despite seeming to be... More

Situated at the top end of the main street (Bussell Highway) in Margaret River, the Fudge Factory is easy to find. It is full of the most wonderful range of fudges, many of which are made on site, and you can watch, through the large glass window the process taking place. It is a fascinating, and very mouth-watering, experience! The... More

A nice, smallish shop on the entrance to Margaret River township itself. Get greeted by the smell of fudge being made, watch through the glass window as they make the fudge. There were 3 different types of fudge out for tasting... all yum. As well as fudge they do other sweet things as well, e.g. chocolate aniseed rings. Worth a... More

What more can I say!?! If you love fudge as much as I do, this place is a must! Loved the fact that they have tastings as well as taste size packets (2 squares), so you can choose all your favourites in moderation, or go for the big packs if you please. Lots of chocolates and lollies too.

This store has demonstrations on the fudge and chocolates being made. After going to the other factories and Candy Cow you can feel like "it's just a store" as it has no real feel like the others. It has fudge and chocolate from different companies such as the Fremantle chocolate company and Margaret river. But other than that it's just... More
