One of the worst service I've ever experienced. The staff there were so rude; refuse to help and communicate. Their attitude had big changing once we on the boat than the day I made a booking with them. So never never ever go back again.

We went on an afternoon fishing trip with... experienced ..."FFishermen". on the Takapu. .The boat was large and we had a good amount of space to fish between the 4 of us...It was a beautiful sunny afternoon.. we were joined by numerous large sea birds...More

As per previous reviews, do not go on a charter with this business, incorrect booking times, overbooked, wrong duration of booked charter before you even get on the boat. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and threatening behaviour. Crew were hungover, and as others have described, carried...More

My worst fishing charter experience so far. The skipper never stopped bad words, in front of the school kids. There were a few overseas guests on board who could not speak English, the skipper was really rude to them. Anyone got tangled fishing lines, the...More

We had a great trip. Caught heaps of perch and ended up with enough fillets to feed 10 with a few dollars of chips from the local fish and chip shop. Seeing all the crayfish come up in the pots was amazing and they tasted...More

Maybe they're good fishermen, they found a spot with plenty red and blue cod but their attitude toward people was shocking. Horrible communication. Insulting - as they talked between themselves about their paying guests as if we were all deaf. It felt like a factory....More

Went fishing with these folks and had a great time. Booked a morning trip and within 2 hours had all the fish I wanted and a limit of crayfish (delicious spiny lobster). They were real pros. Those crayfish are about $100 each at restaurants and...More

Well equipped, the electric reels made winding up fish from 170 metres down much easier than using hand cranked ones. Spectacular views back to shore, lots of sea birds including albatrosses looking for a feed. Plenty of fish and crayfish, had to give half away.
