It is a fantastic history of the aboriginals in the area and makes you understand their attitude towards the land. Loved it!

A very good, but small, display about Indigenous culture and living in Kakadu. You can see local artists painting & weaving plus purchase their works at reasonable prices.

We found the Warradjan Cultural Centre to be extremely informative. We were only given 30 minutes by our tour guide to walk around and read everything which really wasn't enough time as we could have spent a good hour going through everything. The cultural centre...More

Well worth a visit, but beware the staff arbitrarily deciding to close early (as we encountered). Bits and bobs about flora and fauna native to the park and the uses and meanings they provide/hold for original inhabitants of this land

Spent 1 h walking through this small cultural centre learning about the local culture. It is a good spot to better understand the area. You cannot take pictures inside. Free entrance.

You can buy aboriginal artefacts. If you were lucky like us might even run in to the ladies that make the baskets.

Well set up and informative. On site demonstration of weaving and traditional painting. We were able to pick edible berries which were also used to dye the pandanus leaves used to weave with.

We stopped here after the Yellow River Cruise and it’s a great place for to learn about aboriginal culture. The centre is well air conditioned and is free to the public. Enough to entertain for 30mins to an hour. Photography not permitted inside.
