One of the Sri Lanka's most beautiful place. 14KM walk inside the park will reveal secrets of the nature. Waterfalls, Worlds end, Mini worlds end and a lot of places. There are 3 camping sites which needs to be booked prior to the journey.

If she is relatively fit, I would recommend it. It's a beautiful place. I would recommend a little training before the trip, evening walks etc... to get in shape.
