A couple of minutes from the centre of Kununurra will have you on the walking tracks amongst the beehive domes rock formations to lookouts and interesting info on the uses of indigenous plants.

Since we last visited a few years ago boardwalks have been installed. Makes it a lot easier to walk through the beautiful Mirima. Definitely worth a visit. Entry fees apply.

If you are in Kununarra or nearby, stopping here and walking the tracks to the lookouts is a must do. Gorgeous views of the area.

This beautiful national park has a number of very easy walks which highlights the amazing rock formations. If you can get there either early morning or early evening the rocks come alive with the sun highlighting the beautiful reds and ochre of the wonderful sandstone...More

Reached from a convenient car park, this area is interesting to explore. Walks of varying lengths and difficulty are charted and points of interest explained on boards. Wonderful views with scenery similar to the formations in the Bungle Bungled.

Loved our trip to this place, such good scenery. Also the base is wheelchair friendly. Nice spot for a picnic too
