I travelled to Forester from Sydney for the express purpose of swimming with dolphins, but left deeply disappointed. Although the boat crew (which included a beautiful dog named "Ellie") was lovely, in the end I didn't get to swim with dolphins. Although we spotted 3-4 pods of dolphins throughout the morning, we never kept them in our sights for more... More

What a professional, enthusiastic and supportive group! I just successfully completed the Padi Open Water Dive course and would like to pass on my congratulations Dive Forster for such a fantastic experience. At 64 I was a little apprehensive about attempting this new skill. I need not to have worried because I received all the necessary encouragement to complete the... More

I have just completed my PADI Open Water certification with these guys, and am totally impressed with their professionalism and willingness to please. It took me 2 attempts to achieve the certification, as I was somewhat apprehensive afer the first few (PADI course) dives with some of the skill requirements. (maybe my age influenced my ability to get it right... More

We were to have a morning double dive to finish at 12:30. We finished at 3pm after disorganisation over time management and tanks. Safety is not as high as practiced by other dive operators. On a "drift dive " with visibility of 2 to 10 metres, the divemaster was often way ahead of the group and out of sight. Two... More

I was referred to this place through another dive shop and I wasn't disappointed The day started as any dive day does dragging all your gear to the boat but the workers were more than happy to help me with my gear and after that the day just got better Before we headed out we were befriended and asked what... Preface: wind 5 knots, sea less than .7m. In other words, it was a perfect day for offshore diving at Seal Rocks. Despite travelling from Brisbane and requesting Seal on booking (and when looking at multiple inshore sites with ordinary vis)... I was previously an instructor and understand the industry. Dive gear hired as I was travelling light: Regulator circa... More

Traveled up from the central coast with 7 others, as with all scuba diving the weather and viz is always in the hands of the gods ! However everything else was well managed and the team at Dive Forster are truly a great team to be with. Yes we saw sharks, turtles had good viz and the sun did shine... More

The general manager made us come from south west rock to see the grey reef nurse shark , with all our luggages , taking the bus , spending money for nights in their so so lodge ...and finally we did not even make one dive . The visibility was not good enough did they tell us day after day .... More

Hi Poub83, It's taken me a while to respond to your review as your negative personal comments towards me were quite upsetting. When South West Rocks Dive Centre called us to ask if we had any sharks, we responded yes! We definitely do (we had been diving earlier that day - my hair was still damp when I answered the... More

What an amazing, once in a lifetime experience! I bought two tickets last year for my Girlfriends birthday and we booked our swim for the Valentines Weekend. Didn't get to the swim on actual Valentine's day but nothing will take away from the magic we experienced on our swim experience. The whole crew, including the dog were fantastic, friendly and...
