The view across the lake towards the mountains is very nice. There are numerous places to park and walk along the lake foreshore.

Lovely spot for a picnic. Park at either end at Jindabyne or from East Jindabyne or Tyrolean Village. We parked off Barry Way. Easy walk.

Lovely area but very hard to find a good safe place to be able to stop and take photos - even double checked with Jindabyne Tourist Info Centre in case we had missed any photo points - sadly there are none - fairly good views...More

Gorgeous setting for a visit. Very quiet yet enough choice for eating out most nights. Food choices are good but very limited for a vegetarian or vegan. Great place to walk and relax or travel to the mountains.

Hi, you can hire bike from Sacred Ride in Jindabyne. They have solos as well as tandems. You can hire boats from the Big 4 Caravan park at the Thredbo turnoff.
