The walk between Mooloolaba and Alex Heads is a must do when in that part of the world. Take the time though to stop at the HMAS Brisbane Memorial ... a well designed site - lovely view and a great rest spot!

We were lucky to get flat calm seas, blue water, great visibility and lots of fish. The wreck is beautiful - ever changing with coral that looks like it’s out of a jewel box. Thank you, Scuba World, Mooloolaba

Great artificial reef, Sunreef the best place to dive with. Try going down the smoke stacks into the engine room to begin with

This monument tells about the HMAS Brisbane being sunk off the coast and that it is now a dive wreck. A beautiful memorial shaped like the bow of a boat with plenty of green grass to spread a blanket on the ground for a picnic.

I found it interesting as it was my first wreck dive and I loved exploring all the different parts. The dive was not too deep and very manageable for a novice diver.

We dived the Brisbane with Scuba World and highly recommend this company. They come back into the marina between dives so there is no sitting around at sea waiting for the next dive. The dive site is exposed to open sea conditions so heading into...More

I dived here shortly after the Brisbane was purpose-sunk, and dived it again recently with Sunreef. Amazing dive. Great to see how the sealife has made the wreck its home. Lion fish, grouper, Nudibranchs, anemone fish ...... Great visibility on my dives, and a reasonable...More
