Very helpful staff.

Called in to find out where the walk out over the ocean is. Also helped us to find caravan repairers. Very helpful staff.

Many of the things to see come at a cost in Albany ... So rather disappointed that the visitor centre closes when their most needed at 1.30pm how ridiculous !

However, there is visitor information available at all hours on the Amazing Albany website including general information on Albany, maps and guides, contact details for local... More

We arrive Albany and this was the first place to visit. The lady was extremely patient to explain what's around Albany. She also guided us with a map explaining the tourist spots and her personal favourites! Would recommend first timers to be there.

A bit hard to find and parking can be an issue. Public toilets and showers adjacent to the visitor center. Lots of brochures, books and some souvenirs. Some good maps of the area. The person we spoke to was not familiar with a particular attraction we wanted to visit so I did not come away with the best impression of... More

The visitor centres we encountered in West Australia were all great. This one was no exception, helpful knowledgable staff who can't do enough for you

This is one of the first places that you should visit to get orientated for Albany. The staff are great with telling you things to do and see.

Friendly staff very knowledgeable. Happy and smiling people who obviously love their job. The young girl who helped us was really great. When I asked a question she couldn't answer there was no hesitation in finding out all that I required. Laughed about it and said thank you for helping her! Increase her knowledge!

I had to call in to the visitor centre on business and was once again impressed by the level of service and expertise. There are some souvenirs, you can book your accomodation and these girls know the town and surrounds. They can give you good advice.

right down near the Amity ship in the busy part of town, quite a big centre and staff are helpful, if you are not a local you need to visit, no cost and plenty of free parking.

Most of the information centres in WA were extremely helpful and informative and this one must be rated top notch along with Busselton and Bunbury. Nothing was too much trouble at these three centres, great customer service in all 3 centres.
