Wonderful architectural columns still standing and the whole place when we were visiting, was getting ready for a TV shoot. Our visit was shortened because of the filming, but I was able to visit the little church. Worth visiting.

Its in the middle of ayia napa, the monastery boosts ancient ruins and ancient church and it is a must visit when you are on the village. Very romantic and stone build monastery and its open to public.

I just couldn't believe such quiet & nice place to be so closely surrounded by bars & night clubs...modern live? The small Orthodox church on the left is worth a visit, very cosy & simple. Music included, and no entrance fee. Nice!

Something different especially if you're only used to hearing about clubbing in Ayia Napa. Its a nice little place to have a cool down as mostly covered.

This is probably the only original place that reminds at the little village that ayia napa once was. It's beautiful to see. Special construction. Beautiful little church with old ikoons. Very sober like it has to be. In the very touristic place that ayia napa became, it's wonderful to still have such a place

It is the best known landmark of the village and the surrounding area. Right in the heart of the club and bar district the Monastery of Ayia Napa (1500 A.D) offers a haven of tranquility in this lively resort and definitely is worth a visit. The Church is partly built underground and cut into the rock. The well of the... More

This is in the center of Ayia Napa and is interesting to wander through the walls and into the small chapel/church.

Worth a look around with the kids have a selection of Christmas scenes with lovely orange trees. The monastery helps you remember the old days.
