My partner and I went here after passing it the week before. Luckily we had a lovely sunny day which made the day even nicer. If you like nature and exploring your love it. Birds of prey show was great. Peacocks walking around. Enjoyed the...More

Groombridge place is an enjoyable day out. My partner and I loved the bird of prey show. It has 2 shows 12:30 and 15:00 the explanations and the flying was awesome. A walk into the enchanted forests with the teepee, tree swing and deer parks...More

Visited 20th May 2017 having looked at the website and seen it as a suggested place to visit in a book I have. Visited with kids (9 and 10) and grandparents. Arrived about 1.30 on a bright Saturday afternoon and only 30ish cars in the...More

We were very pleasantly surprised when we visited. A lot more to do here than I thought. The walks through the forest, the adventure playgrounds all great, for kids young and old. One downer, which was not actually anything to do with Groombridge Place -...More

We love going to Groombridge Place. It is vast and never feels too busy even on event days - which are often but really well done. It's a bit expensive and the cafe could be improved (the food is nice enough but it's lay out...More

Went with my partner as she insisted we must find the swings in the woods. After a lovely walk through the beautiful gardens, everything was perfectly maintained and all staff were very friendly and welcoming, we walked along the little river where the boat ride...More

Very poor day out. Not much to do for children under 5years. Food very expensive for what it is. Toilets not kept clean. Staff not friendly. Everything seems too much trouble if you ask.

Firstly we only paid for the gardens (not the Enchanted Forest). The gardens were run down and un-loved. The maze was half dead and flooded, The diesel from the boat spilled out into the stream making it brown and sludgy. The bouncy castle was extra...More

I suppose if you like gardens and flowers. I'd recommend penshurst place instead for adults. It's only a few miles away .

Terrible experience. How do I get my money back? I've emailed you, left my details at reception on the day, tweeted you and my partner has also emailed and you have not answered this request. Do you ever respond to anything but the good reviews that you give yourself?
