Best military musuem

Outside of the Australian War Memorial, I think this would be the best military museum I have ever been to. They have great displays and a lot of information available.

Displays are very well presented from the boer war to the present, the story they tell is such that you leave knowing a lot more than when you entered and a better idea of the sacrifices these men and women made and the pride and comradeship they had for each other and their country

My husband talked me into going to the museum with him accompanied by two of our grandchildren (8 and 5). I was not particularly keen as he had taken the children once before and they all wanted me to see it. Not being into "wars and guns" I thought "not my scene" but I was very impressed with all the... An awesome little museum with tonnes of displays and weaponry on display from numerous wars, and only a little gold coin donation to enter.... Highly recommend a visit to this place and the kids will love it....

Walked around the cliff top and the cannons. Could have spend so much more time in the display rooms. Such a huge collection of artefacts, stories and weapons.

Very interesting, there are three rooms to venture through for different war eras. Nice staff, room 2 was my fave! Had original clothes and memorabilia around and the plaques were very informative! We went on to do the Kissing Point walk up to the Jezzine Barracks, was great!

It was surprising to see how well done it was and how extensive in the range of history. Well done to all the volunteers. Really worth a visit and entry by donation.

Great historical museum. The location of Jezzine Barracks also includes beautiful views of the ocean and close to the Rockpool.

Make sure you check opening times as the museum only opens on certain days. Right next door to the Rock pools which is a beautiful spot too where you can swim or have seafood lunch.
