Great wildlife viewing. We did a 1 hour boat ride. Saw hippos, storks, flamingos. Crescent Island, located in the lake, has lots of animals that were brought in to film Out of Africa. They were never removed after the filming ended.

We took a one hour boat trip on lake Naivasha from the Marina camp site. It was really great, we saw loads of hippos from really nearby. Also many birds such as cormorants (aalscholvers in Dutch). And great views of the wildlife on Crescent island.
If you have kids and love adventure go for horse riding and boating in this lake. The team at the nearby conservatory made the trip so beautiful that my kids felt this was the place to be in.
