just a few steps from the Worldwide Emigration Museum there' s another atypical kind of Museum: "The Museum under the stars" "U Castieddu" namely "The Castle" is given by the ruins of an ancient Nobleman's Residence, belonging to the "Settimo Family" . This site is situated on the flat hilltop that sourmonts the plateau on which the town stands. The ancient quarter just stands on the versant of the hill and it's named U Cuozzu that is The Summit. This quarter is very picturesque: so, since the ruins are on a kind of natural stage, the area has been a scenic location for some cultural events. For example: a very famous "Living Nativity Scene and encompassing village" Recently, an important director has chosen this site to set an high quality theatrical representation: "the Dantesque Tour" ispired to the "Divine Comedy". The work involves all the quarter and the Heaven is located around the Castle ruins and in front of them as well. Any tourist is always charmed by a breathtaking view over the town to be enjoyed from the hilltop. Specially in the night
