Interesting little place, but you only need a couple hours at most. The square was pretty, but I had hoped to climb the tower, which was closed. So, check if the tower is open. The fountain was also not running in the central square, so...More

A very interesting square that has a lovely fountain in the middle of it. The buildings surrounding it are very interesting architecturally - you can see Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque elements all over. From the square, you can see the Black Tower looming over it...More

On our visit there Vas a Christmas open market in the town square , great hot vine and punch , lots of hotdogs, ab Nd street food, great night atmosphere.

The very large square surrounded by restored Renaissance buildings, especially the light blue and white ornate city hall with three towers, metal winged dragons, and a beautiful central Sampson's fountain make a gorgeous sight.
