A nice scenic two hour drive from Prague and well worth it. The tour is approximately an hour and is the real deal. You see and experience the actual Brewery and production even inside the bottling plant. The brew masters daughter was our hostess in...More

We toured the Budweiser Brewery as I had originally seen a 60 Minutes segment on Cesky Budweiser vs Anheiser Busch some years ago. The tour was very good and the English speaking guide did a great job explaining the the history of the brewery, what...More

Pure pleasure in a glass of a unfiltered and non pasterized Budweiser. It is unfair how tasty it is.. Be sure to visit!! (Come on.. You wouldn't be here unless You are here for the beer ;)

Four of us got to the brewery mid-morning, without tour reservations, but we were able to join a fairly large group of Japanese tourists who did have a reservation. The tour was conducted in Japanese, but the guides spoke English fluently and were happy to...More

Lovely lively place. The Duck is excellently cooked but portions are big. Recommending sharing between two. Be aware that here your beer is refilled automatically unless you put a coaster over your glass.

As we were with the car in Cesky Krumlov we 'jumped' to Ceske Budejovice for this tour and I must admit that it was quite nice tour. We saw what means mass production of beer in relatively small area/place. More important is that we tasted...More

This is not affiliated with the Budweiser from the USA. Everything here has trade marks and copy-write registration. Our tour was given by a gentleman who was happily retired after 42 yrs of working here as a QCM (quality controller manager). Retired for 8 years...More

OK, so maybe your came for other reasons - but since this is the one and only place they brew Budweiser Budvar (not that swill Americans think is beer - the is the original and real Budvar). The tour is worth the 5 Euros or...More

Very informative insight into the production of beer and a walk through of the site in a small group by experienced and interested personnel demonstrating the history of the company, plant equipment and marketing strategies.

Honestly, comparing to other breweries in other countries I´ve been to (Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Czech Republic), this was the least interesting. However, I enjoyed a lot the tour and the atmosphere of the place. It felt more like visiting a medium-sized winery than a brewery....More

We will be in Prague in late November and would like to tour the brewery as well as Cesky Krumlov. Is there a tour from Prague that would go to both or are there private car services you would recommend for the day. We are not opposed to public transportation, especially if we just go to Ceske Budejovice for the brewery tour. I am assuming we would have to be there for the 2PM tour; there are only 3 of us. Thanks for your help.
