Although it's a 3-hour drive from Prague, it was worth the trip. Be sure to walk all over town and enjoy the various shops.

A charming little town, beautiful buildings, nice souvenir shops, beautiful restaurants and a variety of restaurants, very beautiful, not too crowded with tourists, more beautiful than Prague.

Amazing beauty but will not return due to the frustration of dealing with Chinese, and other Asian tourists. They are everywhere, and not the most courteous people on the planet. If you can navigate your way, then a one-time visit is a must.

We visited Cesky Krumlov about 8 years ago and it was always one of my favorite spots in Czech Republic. However the sheer numbers of East Asians is incredible. Almost couldn't move for them and the obsessive photography, standing for 10-15 mins at each view...More

Hello Celia. It is absolutely beautiful but the cobblestone streets are a bit daunting. The food was great and so affordable. As we came in for only one day on our Viking cruise I'm not sure how you would navigate if you... More
