This bizzare art installation seems to be missed by guidebooks and guides. Worth seeing from the City side of the river and there are good views is you want to climb up to the installation itself.

While the view is amazing during the day, what's remarkable about the metronome is it's location as a gathering place for youth/young adults after dark. Skateboarding, DJs, dancing, movies - there's something going on each night and the young adults in our group loved it.

I saw this from the WW2 tour I took today but this evening a friend took me up to the park and the views are spectacular. There is a beer garden located close by which was fun. The metronome is built on the foundation of...More

The metronome offers a fascinating view of the city and river, it's a nice escape from the crowds and simply enjoy the view.

We came across the metronome while walking through Letnas park. There are some great views of Prague from and nearby the metronome. After looking up some information on it, we discovered a bit about the history. Apparently it used to be home to a giant...More

This was a surprise for us as we’d some how missed it in the guide books and only came across it on a car tour. What a wonderful installation.

Our hotel was just over the river, by the Double Czech bridge, and so the Metronome was a great landmark. Having to look at it makes you think about it, and this is a very thought provoking (and truly impressive) installation. I wonder if it...More

I went here without knowing the history and meaning behind the Metronome. I saw a place where skaters and young people went to drink. I also saw the city of Prague from a great vantage point. It was only later that I learned of the...More

Great view of the city and a nice short hike in the green. The metronome itself is nothing special but the place is very nice. The park that connects is beautiful!

The Metronome provides a great vantage point to look at across the centre of Prague and then wander through the beutiful Letna park and relax on the grass with a drink or two.
