If you have enough city centre of Prague and you would like to relax in a forest park with amazing nature, the walley of the Divoká Šárka is the best place. There is very easy access from centre by metro in the station Veleslavin. Divoká Šárka is good for hiking, biking, swimming and wildlife watching.

Don't think twice! Super easy to get to and worth every minute. Hands down the highlight of my stay in Prague! If you're looking to escape a bit of the city alone/ or with company. Once you enter the area you can either continue straight and you reach an entrance where you have to pay 60 kc. I entered and... More

On March 28, 2015 i have written review Divoka Sarka - The most beautiful Park of Prague. I recommended the walking downstream creek. It is possible to reach Restaurace Jeneralka Restaurant. I often take a food or at least drink, at this restaurant, which is really well positioned. From public transportation can quickly reach the center of Prague.

One of the nicest place for a walk or a run in Prague. No high buildings in a vicinity, rocks all around and beautiful nature. Enjoy!

It is a very nice place to go with family, now in October there are lots of kids flying kites. The trees and with lots of colours and there is many paths to fallow.

For me is this quiet and abandoned path not only short on my way home. Sometimes I come here to climb the nice rocks. And after a short sporting performance is not a beer nearby.

On the bus from the airport we noticed some spectacular rock formations which we thought we would investigate further, and were well pleased when we did so. This is a large nature reserve just outside of town which offers peace, quiet and excellent walks. We visited the gorge twice during our trip to Prague, and it seemed popular with walkers,... More
