Black Light Theatre TaFantastika in Prague and its performance Aspects of Alice is one of the oldest black light performances, played for almost 30 years. Traditional Czech theatrical technique with beautiful music from Smetana and others will tell you a story about Lewis Carrol, the author of Alice in Wonderland, and his Alice. Two times every day - at 7PM and 9:30 PM. This show is not the story of Alice in the Wonderland, it's about what's behind the story and author's life. We have a NEW CAFE - opened every day from 1PM to 11PM, offering different variations of coffe, fresh tea, alcoholic and soft drinks, healthy snacks (like Raw ice-cream for example) and popular hot chocolate! Good prices and LIVE MUSIC every day!

Good to attend, we have fun with kids. They have a story for the show, which was difficult to be understood. Am not sure is about the city history or Jewish as a religion. Some show was with naked pictures which is not suitable for...More

It was good albeit leaning a little towards children. There story was a little hard to follow but it's fun to try and make sense of it. My suggestions would be to make it creepier (not scarier). Certain parts were freaky and trippy as you...More

Lights and shades are tricking your eyes in the Aspects of Alice for over an hour. Nice play before dinner.

I am a enthusiastic of theatre and I usually go several times per month. This play is one of the worst I have ever seen. The story is no sense, the actors are bad, it is creepy, seedy and only to cheat turists with the...More

It could've been fun if it were 15min long but it becomes repetitive and boring after a while. I haven't seen performances in other theaters, may be they are more interesting. Basically, black light theatre is a one-trick pony. It needs to be clever and...More

The older man who promotes the show on the street outside the venue works hard to capture passer-by interest. My wife enjoyed the show because it was different and I thoroughly enjoyed the presentation (once I stopped trying to figure out how the show was...More

It's an interesting hour with a twist of an interactive session at the end but it is overpriced for what it is and there are other companies offering similar, so shop carefully.

Ta Fantastika is a genuine example of traditional black theatre, which goes back even to ancient China. Yet modern Czech black theatre is strongly connected to one of the most influental and innovative stage designers of the 20th century Josef Svoboda, and many others, who...More

Aspects of Alice was wonderful! It was beautifully artistic and a thrilling experience to be a part of. I was new to the idea of black light theatre and was hesitant to spend my money on the show (it was not expensive, but I am...More

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents
the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický
square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
squares, and stone towers blend together with the
