We spent a day at the zoo - the zoo is in one of the top 10 in the world. Lots of restaurants dotted around the area. View is amazing and the animals are very well kept and lots of space. Take proper walking shoes.

While I'm not a huge fan of zoos overall, this zoo is the largest and the nicest zoo I've seen so far in my life. The zoo has a vast number of animals, birds, reptiles, and is kept very clean. There are many food places...More

Quite unique zoo, definitely worth to see on your own at least once. Interesting for both kids and adults :) Location is also quite convenient. We went there by Metro. Station is Nádraží Holešovice. Exit to the left and once again to the left. There...More

It cost £6.30 to get into the zoo. It was a big zoo. There were a lot of animals around the world. They defined the places that the animals came from. I was surprised that I can see the crocodile very close in the glass...More

One of the best zoos in the world apparently and definitely meets its reputation! It took us 4 hours and we still didn't see everything. Really a great zoo. Grab a beer and see the amazing animals in great enclosures. I would recommend walking there...More

This was the third time we have been to the Prague Zoo and continue to find new things to see. The zoo is well kept up and clean. Plan on spending all day if you want to see everything.

This ZOO is one of the best in Europe, especially African part, and Indonesian part. Kids are always amused, there is great merchandising store next to main entrance. There is only one small problem, even expected one, parking. Sometimes you have to go to temporary...More

No. You view the zebras in their enclosure via a raised walkway so you will be looking down at them. But there is a exhibit in the zoo where you can pet farm animals.

Taxis are a bit of a question mark in Prague. AAA-taxi.cz gives taxi fair estimations. They are one of the registered taxi companies. There is also Uber in Prague.
