This cathedral is very beautiful. When you enter you can feel peace. The architecture is breathtaking. There is also a crypt below which is very interesting.

Walking up in Olomouc brings you to the Cathedral. Outside it's a beautiful building, and around the place there's plenty of space to admire it. Inside it's pretty too, but not the most beautiful of Olomouc. Open door's an invitation, so if you're there make sure to take a look around.

Very impressive, architecture. I was surprised at how much there was to see at this tiny location in the centre of Olomouc, a hidden gem and a must see place

Very impressive beautiful cathedral friendly to visitors within walking distance from the center of the city. Parking was free on the Sunday we visited, lots of people with young children attended the mass. We leisurely strolled around on the inside, noting the detailed ornate decorations. Stairs on the left front lead below to an exhibition of religious artifacts and souvenirs,... More

We stayed in a pension not far away from the St. Wenceslas Cathedral. The cathedral was beautiful both inside and outside. The cathedral at Brno was even more beautiful and grand though. Anyway, worth a visit.

Church was based sometime 12 century and was reshaped many time until today. Make sure come here and walk around, there is so much to see in Olomouc and best is to stay... More

is a neo-gothic cathedral at Wenceslas square in Olomouc, in the Czech Republic. The square was named after Saint Wenceslaus I, Duke of Bohemia.

This cathedral allows you to study several architecture styles - romanesque, gothic, barocco - I am sure you learn more than from a textbook.

This is my favorite church in Olomouc. There is a park below the Cathedral where you can get beautiful pictures as well. The Cathedral is a short walk from the center of Olomouc. Great place to take pictures in front of the Cathedral. I always bring visitors here. There is a little café next door where you can sit outside... More

The cathedral is gorgeously painted and decorated. The cathedral started in the Romanesque style and was consecrated in 1131. Extensive Gothic modifications were made in 13th and 14th century and the cathedral was restored in 2004-2007. Definitely worth a visit!
