Huge castle which lets you fell better the history. Take at least 2,5 hours to explore it. When buying tickets, ask for audio guide. If not - you may risk to get tickets without audio guide for the same price.

This is a must see castle in Poland. I have learned a lot about Poland especially in medieval period. The audio guide was great. You just take it and follow the audio guide. It will guide you to visit the whole castle. Please note if you are detail oriented and listen to the whole audio guide, it could take you... More

This is an excellent place to visit. I visited castle 9 years ago however so much has been improved from the exhibits to the provision of audio guides, the best ones I have ever had. In my first visit I found it easy to get lost in the castle however with new English audio guide I saw every inch of... More

The castle is very well preserved and filled with history. There are 4 mini museums inside and are all included in the admission. The audio guide has an active visual screen that identifies the route to follow. The system is all RFID so if the pace is too slow you just walk into another room and it senses where you... More

Although the halls are heated, you have to cross some yards, stairs and galleries that are not, so it's better to come on a day not too windy or rainy, and dress according to the weather. The audio guide was very good and not boring, with quite simple and easy interface. I recommend following its instructions if you don't want... More

No words to express our deepest fascination for the biggest brickstone castle in the world, the Marienburg residence of Teutonic Knights Order in XIII - XIV centuries. You can easily spend the whole day there walking from one part to another and hearing stories about the medieval daily life or how they organized the post service, the exchange cantors, about... The castle museum is absolutely amazing. We opted for the audio tour and it was fantastic. So informative and complete. The audio was timed well and set on a sensor to detect when you'd entered a new room, triggering the start of the next installment. The castle grounds and courtyards and cloisters are so extensive that we wandered following the... More

We arrived there and booked a private guide (Bartosz Kita) to guide us through the castle. What can I say, If you love medieval history, you're in heaven here. There is so much to see and learn, that you will not have enough time to do it all in a day. It felt like we were back in time. This... More

Choose the auditor to really learn about the castle. Very good introduction in English. The castle is more than just an ordinary castle, take at least three hour time to visit it.
