St. Florian's Gate shares much in common with other ancient city walls and gates. It is a lovely landmark, and it is easy to include in a walking tour of historic Krakow. It is just off the main square. If you are in the area,...More

Another fab little spot to see. A short walk from the main square and worth a look. There is a fab art market nearby which looks amazing in this setting plus don’t miss the theatre round the corner. Enjoy

Steeped in history, this ancient gate was the entrance to the Old Town. Well worth seeing and you may well experience some street music courtesy of musicians dressed in local costumes.

Definitely worth a visit to this interesting gate into the city. Right next to the Barbican and surrounded by amazing architecture.

This is a lovely gate, leading to (or from - depends on your direction) the pedestrianized Floriańska street. The gate is lovely to visit during both day and night.

My partner and I decided to venture out of the centre and stumbled across St Florians Gate. It looks a really interesting area of the city and there are plaques showing the history. That said McDonalds is literally opposite it which is such a contrast...More

Pass by the Barbakan, imagine being checked by medieval toll officers, and then let yourself through the main gate of the City, and be prepared for the magic. (Alesia, Have I now convinced you that I actually like this gate?)

This gate is along the Royal route and the entrance into the Old Town. The free Walking tour of the Old Town starts here every day.
