We visited Corpus Christi Church as part of an afternoon tour of the downtown Krakow highlights. When our driver asked if we wanted to see 500 kilos of gold, we thought he planned to take us to the Polish mint - until we saw the altar of this church. Based on my calculations at today's price of an ounce of... More

Beautiful church, The alter area is so beautiful that it really makes you feel serene. It glitters in golden color and we were quite blown away with the beauty of the interiors, the high arched walls are of a magnificent grandeur, must visit!

When visiting Krakow be sure to make time to visit this beautifully ornate church. The alter area is bathed in gold and shimmers in the sunlight, there are interesting tombs and a feel good factor throughout. It is a place to reflect and marvel
