Based towards the north of Wrosclaw, the University is an amazing sight to see. There is also the Cathedral nearby. We stopped of for a drink at Motlya Noga which is an old prison nearby.

A great area to visit and explore. Beautiful architecture and scenery to take photos... Some unique sculptures to include one with a missing sword as the students cut it off! I guess it is an annual tradition....

Great Leopoldinum chamber, old corridors, mathematic tower with nice view on the river and the city, awesome lights on front facade after dawn, reflecting on Odra River. Absolutely 'must see' in Wrocław. Also the academic baroque church right next to it is gorgeous. And its one of the biggest and best university in Poland, so lots of students hanging around.... Beautiful high-baroque buildings curving round along the river. Still in use as a university so you can only get a glimpse of the elegant corridors with classrooms opening off them. The concert hall, rebuilt after destruction during WWII is worth a visit if only to stand where every world famous musician of the 19c has stood and performed, including Brahms,... More

The decoration inside of the concert hall at the ground floor is extraordinary, I thought it was already the recommended one. Then I found another bigger hall upstairs. Unfortunately it is under renovation. We are still allowed to get in, but you might want to come back after its renovation (it might take a few years.) At the end, you... More

There is no much information about you are going to see at the entrance.. take the four rooms to visit. The most intetesting are the Leopoldina room and the Marian oratorium. Both in any amazing barroc style. It's nice to go to the tower to see the wiews. Next to the universitat there is their barroc church. Close the university... More

The sight of the building is pleasant and in the inside it looks good as well. Cheap restaurants next to it.

You are supposed to buy tickets indicating how many floors you want to see, but it is a bit difficult working out what to see and where. Apart from that, it is an interesting experience and really something to learn from. Sadly, we are not too well informed about the Nobel laureats from Poland, nor of other men and women... More

Nothing special except for a magnificent building. No information before paying for the entrance, about aula Leopoldina being renovated noisely.
