I really enjoyed this park where we spent a good few hours. We visited the ww2 museum however it would've been helpful if the information boards were in English too as they were all in Polish (apart from 2). All in all a nice place to spend an afternoon.

Well worth a visit, we went for the parkrun and were made very welcome by the lovely Polish people. Went back on the Sunday and visited the museum and the headless metal bodies... I can imagine how fabulous this park would be in the summer, and only a 20-25 minute walk from the centre.

Cytadela Park is a wonderful place to spend some time with your family and friends. You can just come for a walk or exercise on open gyms. There's plenty of posibilities to spend your free time there.

A must see in Poznan!! Immense in size and history, an amazing place to take a stroll, bask in the sun or have a quiet dinner at Umberto Restaurant. It's also home to outdoor concerts.

really nice park for a walk in - we were unfortunate in that we went late in the evening so missed out on seeing the museum but still enjoyed the walk around the park itself, very peacful and quiet and obviously popular with the locals

We walked around the park on a cold autumn day and the park was beautiful - quite misty with golden leaves on the ground. It was beautiful then and I bet it's even more beautiful in the summer. There is an old RAF cementary from WWI and WWII on the right of the main entrance from Aleja Armii Poznań. Each... More

the park is big. There is a WWII museum there where you can see the war history of Poznan. There are enough steps that lead you up, but you can wander around the graves of the slodiers died there in 1945.

Amazed by the size of the park. You can see the old war vehicles at the museum. Nice walking tour outside. Nearby is neat little cafe to stop and eat at. So much wildlife in the park as well.

We were surprised at the size of this park and the variety of things to do in and around it. We found the war graves very moving. Lack of the usual places to eat and drink though so a picnic might be a good idea. There was a small places selling snacks but there was a long queue. There are... More
