A lovely large fountain.

This is a lovely large fountain, located not far from the Saxon gardens. While the fountain is not unique in any way, its sheer size is impressive enough.

When seeing from far away, it doesn't seem to be that large! It's so beautiful, especially at night, when it's illuminated with a slightly yellowish light.

Very pretty fountain, located in the Saxon gardens, near the Monunent to the unknown soldier. Italian-style fountain, quite a thing to behold.

We went for a Sunday walk and found this fountain in the middle of a really nice park in the city of Warsaw. The fountain is impressive, we loved it and despite the cold weather we were glad to have the chance of visiting it.

This beautiful fountain was like a becon as I walked in the gardens, the mist from it bathing the folks around it. Great place to chill. Enjoy!

Just behind the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Saxon Garden is the attractive Marconi Fountain. The fountain was designed by Henryk Marconi and was created in 1855. Saxon Garden is a tranquil place with some very nice sights be seen and Marconi Fountain is definitely one of them.

This fountain is adjacent to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier across the street from the Sofitel Hotel (where we stayed). The fountain is surrounded by statues and a labyrinth of grassy areas and flower gardens and gravel edges. Serene and a perfect addition to the atmosphere of the place.

When you are a bit tired after sightseeing of Warsaw, maybe after visiting any museums than come to the Unknown Soldier Tomb Monument and after a moment of silence continue entering the Saxon Gardens - little park in a city centre of Warsaw. In a centre you find a big beautiful fountain created by one of famous architects - Henryk... More
