It was my first time to Slovenia, but will not be the last. The Slovenian people are most welcoming and interested in discussing their distinct culture. Perseren square is a beautiful location to spend an evening strolling and sampling the fine Slovenia wine.

From this square, you can see most of the major landmarks of this old town, ie the triple bridge, Union hotel, etc.

5 mins max on the side of the "big orange building!" Very close & great views of castle floodlit at night if you choose the right room.
