A gorgeous little old town with fantastic views and a lovely place for coffee too!! Also there is a bee museum, and a traditional honey bread museum which is 250 years old. I would recommend visiting here.

This was a beautiful little gem that should be discovered at your own pace. We stumbled upon it while looking for Gostilna Lectar. And don't leave without trying the nice ice creams from the shop next door to Lectar

We spent the night in Radovljica on our way to Bled. The views of the mountains and countryside were magnificent and there are a few benches where you can simply stop and take in the views. We explored the old town both at night and during the day and it surprised us by it's splendor. The buildings are well kept... More

Two UK pensioners spent a great day in this lovely old town square . We sampled excellent Slovenian wines at the vintners , and delicious cakes and ice-creams at the confectioner's cafe. Thus fortified, we spent some time in the museum/music school and a reflective half hour in the beautiful old church . We moved on then to the viewpoint... More

a picturesque old town surrounded by beautiful views of the Alps on one side and lush green forest / meadows on the other. a pleasant stroll through the centre takes one to a church and cobbled streets. not a bad place to break from the 'city' life of Ljubljana. get some coffee and cake and enjoy the serenity of the...
