About
The domed neo-Gothic structre was inspired by the British House of Parliament and serves as both a vibrant government center and a proud city landmark on the banks of the Danube.

Inside tour is only 40 mins and you are only able to visit like 3 or 4 rooms. Staff are nice but guards are really arrogant. The audio-guide is with a person from the parliament so you're not able to stop in any place (to take pictures, for instance). Building is beautiful, but the inside visit is not worth at all.

Definitely the must see at Budapest. I would also recommend the tour inside the parliament! You must see it also at night!

The views of the dome from inside are jawdropping. Probably a close second to the Hermitage in St Petersburg.

Walked round the building which is large. It’s lovely lit up at night and can be seen from most vantage points.

This is a very nice tour to take. Buy the tickets ahead of time as it is very popular. You will tour the inside of the building that is beautiful. When you take a tour of the old city you will tour outside.

Well worth seeing. Very impressive building! The tour guide was knowledgeable and presented the history of the building in an entertaining manner.

The experience most unpleasant of my life in a trip. The receptionist rude and sarcastic, incompetent and nothing resolvent. We was group of nine persons, absolutely all us arrived to the wait line at correct clock, but they tell us that we must to have prints tickets, in that moment we question in the information point for to solve it. The receptionist basically tell us that we arrive late and that He can’t do anything. Some of him comments are the next: “the spanish people always arrive late”, “the spanish people are the only persons that have problems with the protocol”, “that isn’t my problem”, “My name not matter” (He hide in all moment him accreditation behind of the t-shirt). During all the conversation him vocabulary is sarcastic, he laugh and not want give us solutions.
A absolutely disaster.

We got there early in the evening, is dark and cold although the Hungarian Parliament Building looks fantastic and amazing in the night, with the light all over the building, like xmas tree in away. I took some pictures of the building but not walking aroung the building like my other two friends. Got problems with my legs and knees, so I can't walk up and down the stairs. I just enjoy the view from the bench. We've been all over the place before we go to Hungarian Parliament Building. I love BUD Tram system, is reliable, clean and on time. No local buses in city centre only tram and metro, which is good also no traffic jam. What I learnt people in BUD, using more their public transport than their own car, that's why no traffic jam in city centre. I realised Pest is more touristic area and lively than Buda city. Love the shopping and some of the Chinese and Thai Resto we went too. Souvenir stuff some bit pricey but eating out definitely much cheaper in Pest than in London. We ate lunch and dinner in different resto everyday, mostly Asian food (Chinese and Thai). We not trying Hungarian cuisine because none of us won't like it. All in all is good short break holidays in Budapest.

The Hungary Parliament building is a must see when you visit Budapest. We walked along the river from the fashion street and it takes about 25 minutes to the building. It is probably the most grand parliament building I have ever been. It's a tourist attraction but surprisingly there was not a lot of people on a Tuesday morning.

We took a night river cruise (15 Euro for 2 hours and with a drink) which highlight was the slow sail in front of the parliament building.

We also went to the other side of the river to see the building from afar and from the Fisherman's Bastian.
