Lovely bridge, love a bit of good engineering! A real shame about the graffiti on it. Great photo opportunity.

We crossed both the Chain Bridge on the way to the Castle. It has nice views of the castle on one bank and the Parliament building on the other. Word of caution watch out for the bikes.

This bridge is simply fascinating. The architect was a Scottish guy and he gave Danube a jewel made of chains. Our favorite parts were the stone lions on the bridge!

The Chain Bridge has been featured in several movies. It's a majestic icon with the stone lions at the end and a designer marvel. A great picture spot.

The chain bridge is at the center of the cities. Close to train and tram connections. Incredible history behind it.

You can walk to and over it or even ride a boat under it. It is nice in the evening when it is illuminated.
