My boyfriend, his family and I visited this zoo recently. Well, it was devastating. I thought that there would be so many different animals but no. There were rooms with no animals at all. Of course, there were quite nice animals but this price is...More

I suspect the 1 star reviewers don’t like any zoos. This one is a bit muddled in layout given its age, and you might say no city zoo can really host big game, but most animals looked happy and engaged, and there was a wide...More

This Zoo is really great, the animals well kept, the signs are informative. My kids really enjoyed it, since you can see the animals, they are not far, while obviously it is a good place for them. You can spend the whole day there!

We were using metro and we were walking all the time in Budapest, so I am not sure. But public transport is great!
