Even though I went quite early, it was quite crowded. However the facilities are good. There are about 6 or 7 pools and 2 saunas. Each of the pools have slightly different temperatures. There are lockers, and you can also get cabin with lockers if you want. With the Budapest card, the sauna and pools are free. It's near Margerit... More

If you only have time for one Budapest bathhouse, or if you are looking for a great value without compromises, skip Széchenyi and Gellért and head right here! Lukács offers a wonderful experience at a lower price than the "big two". It has a variety of thermal pools, two saunas, three outdoor pools that operate year-round (including the "élményfürdő" -... Was a great day spent together as a couple at Lukacs Bath. Definitely a plus to get the Budapest Card - found online prior to travel or outside baggage claim upon arrival - as this is free with it. Definitely a good idea to purchase towel instead of rent (both are 1000 Ft but the rental also has a 4000... More

Visited with my wife , it's included with the Budapest Card and is a no thrills thermal spa bath , was great fun and not touristy at all, if your used to bathrobes and matching slippers with piped in panpipe music this won't be for you , it was great fun and we both felt relaxed and rejuviated afterv

Pretty huge offer for the cheapest ticket (not always case with the Baths, coz it happens the additional ticket should be paid for swimming pool, sauna, etc.). In my opinion, the price / quality is very good, there are places to get rest, small restaurant inside the Bath (not so good food quality but... eatable). Also, outside is small park... More

In our recent visit to Budapest we were told a lot about the local bath houses and how they were quite important in Budapest and a good experience of any trip there. With this bath we got free entry with our Budapest card, which I would recommend looking into, and so it was a definite must for us. When we... More

First, its a real quest to find the entrance, second, its also more than a quest to get round inside! The complex is rather worn out, but the water is magic. No signs in English, so every second time we had to find a window to look outside to position ourself, keeping in mind areal photo we remembered while preparing... More

great, but a maze to get lost in. Included in budapest card. Strict about caps for swimming pool use! 3 swimming pools, really, two a bit chilly, one warm. The warm one was hardest to find, although you can see it from the lobby windows. Keep looking. And do not stand your shoes underneath/ outside the locker- the cleaning lady... More

A local told us to go to this bath. This is on the Buda side and it is super local. It is rumored to have the best "curing" waters in EUROPE. I really enjoyed going here because you can see it is made for locals. Nothing is in English and there are lots of elderly people. The building is beautiful... More
