A historic church on a busy pedestrian street where they have organ concerts in the evening. A great place to stop in on a busy afternoon to rest and quietly regain energy while reflecting in the religious surroundings.

It's worth taking a look inside. Beautiful church. They also have a good selection of concerts there with interesting programmes. It's in a pedestrian zone with touristy shops on the way to the market.

We noticed that little church on our last day in Budapest and very much enjoyed the architectural design. It is nothing dramatic or too fancy, but very pretty to look at.

Can't miss it. It is right on Vaci Utca. Popular for organ concerts and other musical concerts. Founded by Dominicans the church is over 250 years old. Gorgeous inside, but what church is not. Convenient to stop in for concert or a quick look.

We happened to pass by Vaci Utca, the pedestrain street, in the middle of town and found this small but beautiful church. The organ and choir concerts were very famous here, but we could not attend the one this evening as our tour would proceed...More

Founded by the Dominican Order, the history of this single-naved church dates back to the 1700-s. The Dominicans were followed by the Paulines and the Mary Ward Nuns, who opened and ran a girls school in the adjacent building until 1950. The high altar and...More
