The square is part of Szeged’s core and is easy to walk around. On Sunday the was various musical acts including a really good guitarist playing a one string corn broom guitar.

Dom Square with the tall Votive Church, visible from anywhere in town, was occupied with a temporary stage making it difficult to get a good single view of the church.

This was a surprise for me. I didn't know that Szeged is that beautiful ! This is a location that you must see if visiting Szeged.

The most striking square of Szeged is the Dom tér. The square is marked by the Votive Church, which is not old (built from 1913 - 1930) but is dominantly present. Two pillars resting on two lions carry the gate in front of the entrance....More

It is a beautiful square located in the heart of Szeged. You cannot miss this once you are in Szeged. There are many happening through the year for example the SZIN (Youth festival of Szeged). Open air theatre and renaissance market and so on. Architecture...More

Great place, the "must see" of Szeged. The Votive Church is the main attraction of the square, however there are other attractions: Szegedi Pantheon, the Music clock and Szeged big letters (as in I.Amsterdam) for taking pictures.

Something worth to see in Szeged. The square and its’ neighborhood is full of coffee places and restaurants.

Great stop on a walking tour of Szeged. Check out the Dom/Church and the statues surrounding the square under the arches. There's a cool clock with figurines that theoretically come out on the hour, but they didn't come out while we watched with a crowd...More
