Great views but it is a tourist trap and essentially built 50 years ago for tourists, atleast that's my opinion

Great castle, with a good view upon the Danube river and the city. The feeling is very historic and it's perfect to take good pictures.

Beautifully kept 9th century castle. The views from the castle are stunning but it's quite a walk up a steep hill to get there. Tours are available by bus to take you there is you can't make the climb. Free to get into the grounds. Worth the visit

The castle was very impressive from the outside but unfortunately I went on a day the inside was closed (most East European museums close on Mondays) and so had to admire the outside. The terraces which overlook the city are really worth visiting. From here you can see the Danube separating into two halves. You can easily spot the differences... More

Beautiful castle, with two nice restaurants nearby. The first one is near the entrance and the second one in the back has a beautiful view. If you are travelling alone it´s easy to reach the castle walking from the bus station, there are signs to go up the street and from there you can go dow to the old city... More

One of the biggest castles I have ever seen, and given the size of the city it is rather impressive. It is worth the visit!

This is a cool castle, nice view day/night at the river Okay for a short visit, well organized place. If not about the view and the name symbol " bratislaca castle" it will be a place you can skip, but good for a passby..
